NAME
    Reset -- Reset the network interface to initialized state.

FUNCTION
    Currently, SANA-II devices can only be configured once (with
    CMD_CONFIGINTERFACE) and cannot be re-configured, hence,
    CMD_RESET does not apply to this class of device.
